Mercy Okoth - Founder and CEO
Mercy Okoth is a recognized expert in business growth strategy, digital marketing, and entrepreneurial training, with over 15 years of experience in administration, customer service, leadership, and business management. Her work focuses on empowering women and youth through practical, income-generating skills and digital mentorship.
As the founder of The Crest Business Circle, she leads a thriving community that supports entrepreneurs through hands-on training, strategic insights, and peer mentorship hence achieving sustainability and profitability. Mercy is known for her ability to deliver engaging, results-driven training to both startups and established businesses, effectively translating complex ideas into practical applications.
She is an Africa Women Entrepreneurship Cooperative (AWEC) Fellow (Cohort 6), a network that focuses on empowering African Women Entrepreneurs across the continent. Her expertise is backed by a strong academic foundation; she is currently pursuing a PhD in Business Administration (Marketing) at the University of Nairobi, holds an MBA in Marketing, and a Bachelor of Education.
Mercy is a Google Certified Digital Marketer, a Certified Digital Marketing Professional (DMI), an ILO-certified trainer, a Certified Secretary finalist, and a trained business coach. Driven by a mission to reduce unemployment and economic dependency as well as building businesses that last for generations, Mercy Okoth is dedicated to bridging the digital skills gap and promoting inclusive economic growth through education, coaching, mentorship, and innovation.
Charles Gachoka - COO
Charles Gachoka is the visionary Chief Operating Officer of Dream Crest Limited, bringing over 20 years of hands-on experience in business operations, finance, and entrepreneurship. His leadership at Dream Crest Limited focuses on empowering founders and micro-enterprises to achieve sustainable growth through operational excellence and financial discipline. With a strong foundation in corporate Accounting and Finance, Charles transitioned into entrepreneurship, where he has spent the last decade supporting small and growing businesses. His mission is bold and clear: to inspire company founders to scale effectively and to build a thriving community of micro-enterprise owners through knowledge, mentorship, and systems that work.

Dominic Omoro – Programs Manager
Dominic Owuor Omoro is an accomplished leadership and training professional with over 17 years of experience in administration, customer service, and public sector engagement. With a solid academic background in Leadership and Management – Public Administration, Dominic has consistently demonstrated a strong ability to guide teams, streamline operations, and build capacity through impactful training and mentorship.
He is widely recognized for his out-of-the-box thinking, strong organizational skills, and passion for delivering community-centered solutions—particularly in areas like environmental conservation and institutional development. A natural leader and communicator, Dominic thrives in facilitating learning experiences that empower individuals and strengthen systems.
He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Leadership and Management – Public Administration and a Diploma in Religious Formation from Tangaza University, complemented by certifications in Institutional Management (Food & Beverage), Franciscan Studies, and Computer Literacy.
Dominic has further honed his leadership acumen through active participation in capacity-building workshops on mediation, communication, curriculum development, GBV response, and Church management. These experiences have enhanced his ability to design and deliver training that drives both individual growth and organizational effectiveness.
